Booking Terms and Conditions for Training & Coaching

Our Guarantee:
Training: If you book a Training or Workshop and decide within the first 3 days that the course is not for you, the full course fees (minus the non-refundable deposit to cover expenses and administration) will be refunded. After that time, refunds will be in proportion to the number of days attended.

Coaching: If you book Coaching, and decide within the first hour that you are not happy to proceed, full fees will be refunded.

Limited Spaces:
Because our trainings require a significant investment of your time and money, we need to make sure the course is right for you. Our trainings have limited spaces, therefore we want to make sure the places go to people who will value and use the skills effectively.  Please read, sign and return these Terms & Conditions with your Booking Form and deposit.

Purpose of the training:
These trainings are not a substitute for psychotherapy, counselling or coaching. While most people do experience major shifts and breakthroughs during their learning experience, the courses are designed primarily to teach NLP skills. Please notify us if you have any diagnosed psychological conditions or are taking medication for such problems, before enrolling on the course. This is to ensure that we can provide the best possible learning environment.

Certification
Participants who commit themselves to the full training programme are expected to attend the full 120 hours or make up any missed time. Assessment is on-going throughout the training, as well as during the Certification Process. In order to receive full Certification, you must: attend 120 hours, achieve the standards, submit your exam and pass the practical assessment.

Our courses are not designed for individual or group therapy. However the training provides the opportunity for such deep insights that people occasionally trigger their emotions. For the sake of your own safety as well as other participants, we ask you to take full responsibility for your own emotional state and physical well being at all times.
